COAS Munir is on a seven-day official visit to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, his first since his appointment, which will culminate on January 10.
According to the Saudi Press Office (SPA), Ruler Salman recently invited the military chief to a winter camp in Al-Ula.
“During the gathering, they evaluated two-sided relations and the approaches to improving them, notwithstanding various issues of normal concern,” the SPA report said.
Saudi Safeguard Pastor Sovereign Khalid Canister Salman Receptacle Abdulaziz and Public Safety Counselor Dr Musaed Canister Mohammed Al-Aiban attended the gathering, according to the statement.
