The Civil Defence agency in Gaza claims that it buried 80 unidentified Palestinians in a mass grave after receiving their bodies from Israel.
The Israeli military has killed no less than 40 individuals and harmed 71 others in the Gaza Strip during the beyond 24 hours, as per the area’s Wellbeing Service.
According to Nasser Kanaani, a spokesperson for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Tehran does not intend to exacerbate tensions in the region but does believe that “punishing Israel is necessary” in order to stop further instability.
In Israel’s war on Gaza, at least 39,623 people were killed and 91,469 were wounded. During the Hamas-led attacks on Israel on October 7, an estimated 1,139 people were killed, and over 200 people were taken hostage.
