Iran has executed four men it says were connected to an Israeli knowledge activity.
According to Iranian state media, the death sentences were carried out on Monday after appeals were rejected by the Supreme Court. The quartet was alleged to have planned a bombing that was ordered by the Mossad agency in Israel. The men were sentenced for wrongfully entering Iran from Iraq’s northern Kurdish district to go after a manufacturing plant in the focal city of Isfahan that produces gear for the Service of Safeguard and Military Strategies. The activity was made arrangements for summer 2022 however was turned away by Iranian knowledge.
