An Emirati lady was cleared subsequent to being engaged with a serious car crash in Oman, as per the Public Pursuit and Salvage Center on Sunday. Her family members were also involved in the accident in Salalah.
She and her family were transported by air ambulance from Oman with serious injuries. The citizen was quickly evacuated so that she could receive treatment in the United Arab Emirates with her family. The National Guard – National Search and Rescue Centre and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs collaborated on the rescue mission.
This was the third successful Oman-based air ambulance mission. The ministry praised the efforts of Omani authorities who supported the UAE embassy in Muscat and contributed to the medical evacuation. In addition, the authority urged all travelers to travel on land with caution and care, to abide by traffic laws, regulations, and systems, and to travel at the designated speed limit to ensure their own and others’ safety.
In a previous incident, a man injured in a traffic accident and his family were evacuated from Oman. In the same tragic incident, a female citizen passed away. The mission is part of the ministry’s commitment to safeguard Emirati citizens abroad, providing them with all the support they need and prompt assistance in times of need.
