Similar messages were also sent to the Saudi King by Vice-President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice-President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court.
