Longest Day UAE

The Assembled Bedouin Emirates is ready to go through its longest day beginning around 1796, with light hours crossing 13 hours and 48 minutes, inferable from a previous summer solstice this year, on June 20. Gulf News says that this significant event, which took place on June 20 at 12:51 a.m.

Gulf Standard Time (GST), was the first solstice observed in most countries since 1796. A solstice, characterized as the example when the sun arrives at its most extreme northerly or southerly position comparative with the heavenly equator on the divine circle, holds critical galactic significance. The summer solstice marks the day when one hemisphere (Northern or Southern) has the longest day and the shortest night twice a year.

During this occurrence, the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, allowing for continuous daylight at the hemisphere’s pole. Gulf News reported that, on the other hand, the winter solstice marks the shortest day and longest night of the year.

As explained by Ibrahim Al Jarwan, Administrator of the Emirates Galactic Culture and regarded individual from the Bedouin Association for Space and Stargazing Sciences, throughout the late spring solstice, the sun adjusts straightforwardly above at the Jungle of Disease, its northernmost point. As a result, there is no shadow at noon in areas that are directly beneath the sun, like the UAE’s southern territories.

Also, shadows cast at early afternoon across the Bedouin Promontory are quite more limited, with the most brief shadow noticeable in the whole Northern Half of the globe, according to media reports.

Al Jarwan projects daytime temperatures between 41 and 43 degrees Celsius and nighttime temperatures between 26 and 29 degrees Celsius in terms of temperature projections. Between the 21st of June and the 10th of August, these conditions are expected to persist.

Changing to the last 50% of summer, crossing from August 11 to the harvest time equinox on September 23, a shift is expected, described by elevated stickiness levels, supported high temperatures, and the initiation of wet Kos winds. Over mountainous terrain and adjacent regions, these atmospheric dynamics initiate the formation of cumulonimbus clouds, frequently leading to thunderstorms.
