84 litigants, for the most part individuals from the psychological militant association Muslim Fellowship, have been alluded to the Abu Dhabi Government Court of Allure (State Security Court). They are being investigated on charges of laying out one more furtive association to commit demonstrations of viciousness and psychological oppression on UAE soil.
Before they were arrested and tried in Case No. 17 of 2013—State Security, the defendants had concealed this crime and the evidence it contained.
Following up on a convincing group of proof assembled through intensive examination, Dr. Hamad Saif Al Shamsi, UAE’s Principal legal officer, requested a test into the subtleties of this wrongdoing.
The State Security Court has started public preliminary procedures and delegated a legal counselor for every respondent who doesn’t have lawful portrayal. The public trial is still in progress, and the court has begun hearing witnesses.
