The UAE experts on Friday emphasized that revealing data from legitimate cases is a wrongdoing deserving of solid punishments.
In a tweet, the UAE Public Indictment reminded that all subtleties connected with examinations and resulting discoveries will be kept rigorously secret.
Public arraignment staff, agents, colleagues, specialists, and some other person who might be aware of issues in court are disallowed from sharing any data, the power said in a warning. Heavy punishments will be forced on violators.
“Proof assortment reports will be treated with a similar secrecy specified in a subclause of Article 67 of the Criminal Techniques Code gave by Government Pronouncement Regulation No. 38 of 2022,” it added.
