If you encounter them with composure and patience, then nothing can hold you back from achieving your goals. A live example of this is Mehar Singh Tanwar! You might already know him. After all, he is an inspiration to numerous people!
Today, he is termed a business tycoon, and his hotels are causing ripples in the hospitality landscape of the country. However, do you think that achieving all this fame and goodwill was easy? “It was a hard row to hoe,” says Mehar Singh Tanwar.
Speaking of his entrepreneurial journey, he couldn’t help but recall those days. He says, “The journey has been a full-fledged rollercoaster ride. From downtime to profits, I have experienced it all. There are a plethora of hotels, so building our name wasn’t a very merciful task. We grew up in an environment where we had to encounter tough competition, rigid laws, public criticism, and whatnot. However, as they say, these downfalls make you even stronger.”
Every journey teaches us something. Right? Similarly, when asked the hotelier about what he has learned from his decade-long stint, Mehar Singh Tanwar says, “Not one of two, but I have learned many lessons. However, the most important one is to keep walking. No matter how dreadful the situations get, remember that every dark cloud has a silver lining that you will see soon. So keep doing what you are doing.”
It’s been almost two decades since Mehar Singh Tanwar has been living his professional life as an entrepreneur. He oversees two hotels, viz., Ocean Pearl Gardenia and the H Carlton Hotel. The business is also admired for his lifestyle. He owns cars like Rolls Royce’s Ghost and Phantom, two Mercedes G Wagons, Lamborghini, the Range Rover Vogue Autobiography, an Audi, a Mustang, etc.
One more thing that you might not know about him is that he is the son of a famous politician and parliament member, Kanwar Singh Tanwar. Yes, you read it right! And Mehar Singh Tanwar is rightly following in his footsteps by actively participating in social activities. He has come a long way, but we believe that he still has miles to go!
