Prattika Shah Proves Structure Is the Secret Behind Sustainable Style

Prattika Shah

For Prattika Shah, creativity has never existed without structure. While many entrepreneurs prioritise rapid expansion and visibility, she has consistently chosen clarity, systems, and long-term positioning. Her journey across beauty, fashion, food, digital branding, content, and manufacturing reflects a belief that sustainable style is built layer by layer, never rushed, always organised.

Her structured approach began in 2023 with the launch of The Black Dahliaa, a luxury unisex salon. Conceptualised as more than a beauty destination, the brand was positioned around empowerment, inclusivity, and elevated self-expression. Every detail from interiors to service design, reflected careful planning. Rather than aggressively scaling, she focused first on defining identity, maintaining quality standards, and building operational systems.
The foundation was clear: sustainability begins with structure.

With that base established, she entered fashion through Chic & Brat, a clothing label that combined comfort with contemporary style. Instead of chasing fast-fashion cycles, Prattika approached the brand with strategic clarity. Collections were curated thoughtfully, branding remained sharp, and positioning was defined before growth conversations began. Chic & Brat reflected her belief that creative industries require backend discipline as much as visual appeal.

In 2025, her expansion moved into food with Indore ke Namkeen, inspired by her hometown roots. The venture translated authentic Indori flavours into a structured, modern business model. Packaging systems, sourcing clarity, and brand positioning were developed before scaling. It was not just about selling snacks; it was about organising tradition into a refined, scalable format.

The same year marked the formalisation of Praaan Agency, her digital branding and strategy platform. Designed to bridge creativity with business logic, Praaan Agency supports storytelling, positioning, and execution. It became the strategic backbone across her ventures, ensuring consistent communication and long-term brand alignment.

Further strengthening the ecosystem, Praaan Series emerged in 2025 as a creative extension into content and scalable intellectual property. It signalled her interest in narrative-driven expansion beyond physical products. Looking ahead, Praaan Clothing, set to expand in 2026, represents her move into manufacturing, bringing production control, quality assurance, and structural efficiency into her growing universe.

Taken together, her ventures reveal a consistent philosophy. From The Black Dahliaa in 2023 to Praaan Clothing in 2026, Prattika Shah’s journey proves one consistent principle: style may attract attention, but structure sustains it. By building chronologically and prioritising systems before scale, she has created an interconnected ecosystem where fashion, food, beauty, and Praaan grow together intentionally, strategically, and sustainably.
