A 28 year old elderly person recorded a claim requesting that his companion pay him Dh62,300 for piling up criminal traffic offences worth the sum.
The man said in the Al Ain Court of First Example that his companion had utilised his 2014 Territory Meanderer without his authorization and caused harm to the vehicle and others’ property.
The offended party added that he saw that there was a foolish driving infringement of Dh55,000 alongside different infringements, inciting him to record the case.
The litigant, nonetheless, neglected to show up in court notwithstanding getting warnings about it through instant messages. The managing judge has now delayed becoming aware of the case.
