Shubham’s non-government organization (NGO), the Tiwar Foundation, has more than 100,000 global members who have helped over 95,000 children by raising 300 million in funds and offering food to 50,000 people. Shubham’s organization is currently involved in developing shelters, providing ration kits, and overcoming the difficulties individuals face post-COVID-19.
As a bachelor of arts student in his final year, Shubham Tiwari researched online to find and fund NGO initiatives, which also involve giving proper education to children and adults. The schools built by this organization offer a safe learning space and motivate the students to learn more about the subjects. Shubham’s family hails from Bhilwara, Rajasthan, and whenever they go out on family outings, his parents often guide him that he is privileged and should not take things lightly. With this thought, he understood the essence of what most people took for granted and began his NGO, Tiwar Foundation, in his later college years.
During his schooling years, he even noticed that children were playing in the outside playground while he was walking towards the bus. Shubham saw that the same children were playing on the ground even when he returned to the bus station to return home. As his curiosity peaked, he asked whether the children ever went to school and was astonished to learn that they were not even aware of the education system in India.
Therefore, Shubham pays special attention to the welfare of children at the Tiwar Foundation. He understands that such children could grow up in unsavory environments and resort to acts for food, shelter, and clothing. His initiatives are helping such children become educated adults of tomorrow that could change our society. Many kids from his organization could become leaders in their field and dedicate their lives to eradicating poverty and scarcity of food in India.
The long-term goal of Shubham began with a short-term initiative to find and fund. The ambitions grew as the organization’s members multiplied to support the needy or unprivileged in our society. Now, the organization’s root spreads beyond our country and extends to wherever the most demand for food, shelter, and clothing persists.
