Ajyal program

Ajyal program

It consists of discussions, lectures, and workshops led by a chosen group of knowledgeable educators and educational experts. The “Ajyal” program was introduced by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) and the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department (IACAD) in Dubai to raise religious awareness among children attending Dubai schools.

The initiative, “Gharas Al-Khayr,” which aims to create understanding between all parties involved in the educational setting, includes the curriculum.
The initiative, which is slated to cover the whole academic year, is the result of stakeholders’ and experts’ collaborative efforts to raise awareness and foster effective communication among parents, students, and the educational and administrative authorities in schools.

It functions as a thorough interactive forum with talks, debates, and instructive workshops led by a select group of knowledgeable presenters and subject matter experts.

“The launch of the ‘Ajyal’ program represents a crucial step toward achieving our vision of fostering a collaborative language to meet our goals by creating an environment for students, parents, and educational bodies using the department’s available resources,” said Ahmed Darwish Al-Mehairi, Director-General of IACAD. This effort is an example of institutional cooperation between Dubai’s entities.”

“We appreciate the launch of the ‘Ajyal’ program, which is a result of our colleagues at the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department’s ongoing efforts to raise awareness among the emerging generations about important social phenomena and to build positive interaction platforms,” stated Aisha Abdullah Miran, Director-General of KHDA.
