The industrial area’s compound was completely destroyed, and nearby trees were set on fire. On Friday, a large fire broke out in a warehouse in Umm Al Quwain. As of 12:30 p.m., firefighters were still battling the blaze. A video from the official media office of the emirate shows thick black smoke billowing from an industrial zone.
Additionally, firefighters from the Umm Al Quwain Civil Defence team can be seen at the scene battling the blaze.
All of the warehouse’s roofs caved in after it was completely destroyed. In addition, fire was set on nearby trees. It is still unknown what materials are stored in the area or how the fire started.
