HBO channel shared an emotional post on Instagram confirming the second season stated :
“We’re here is about spreading love and change through the transformative power of drag. The queens and the communities that embrace them prove that love, compassion, and a willingness to listen can spark change. The world needs that now more than ever.
With that, we hope the renewal of We’re Here for a second season will play a small part in the ongoing fight for justice and quality. Our queens will continue to travel the country uplifting the queer community and creating joy where you might least expect it.”
Till, now no official release date has been announced. But, the season 2 will most probably be released by Summer 2021. Although with ongoing global pandemic there can be a delay of the release date.
Who will be there in the cast of the upcoming season?
Although there no official statements made about the star cast of the show. But, we can expect to see all the previous cast of season 1. Which had extremely famous drag queens such as Bob the Drag Queen. Eureka O’Hara, and Shangela Laquifa Wadley. There can be possibilities that the second season will be coming up with other drag queens. Who are traveling to other parts of the different countries. Nothing has been confirmed yet.
