Entrepreneur and restaurateur Prateek Sachdev has brought multiple restaurants to fulfil different cravings of the people.
Sachdev is the owner of the popular franchise Döner and Gyros which he launched in partnership with the celebrated name Rannvijay Singha. Passionate about food from an early age, Sachdev always dreamt of opening a restaurant of his own. And today, he is running multiple eateries with Döner and Gyros being introduced in 2018. The Dubai-based eatery was incorporated for all those health-conscious people following a disciplined lifestyle.
Launched under Erica Ventures Pvt. Ltd, Döner and Gyros have outlets in New Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai and Lucknow. In addition, he also owns Liquor Land, the largest liquor store in Uttar Pradesh, with its presence in Lucknow and Kanpur. The other stores of Liquor Land will be launched in Gorakhpur and Ghaziabad soon. Other than this, the serial entrepreneur runs several restaurants like Hudson Chopsticks, Pizza Guys and Begum Jaan.
While Hudson Chopsticks is a premium Chinese restaurant, Mr. Sachdev offers delectable Italian cuisines at his other eatery Italio Pizzeria & Kitchen. As Prateek continues to grow his business ventures, he is set to launch a multi-cuisine restaurant in Mumbai this year. While it is still in the preliminary stage, it we hear that Prateek aims to bring the best of food from all over the world under one roof. Besides food, he loves to travel and explore different cultures.
When we reached out to the entrepreneur, he revealed, “A lot of things are happening at the moment. It is too early to comment. But yes, we are looking forward to launching a multi-cuisine restaurant in Mumbai and Dubai in the second half of 2023.” Having invested significant time, effort and money in different projects, Prateek Sachdev wants to set a bar in the culinary industry.
