Addressing this, Aldric Alexander says, “Everyone wants to freeze the memories from their special day. So, yes, the demand for photographers has peaked. Earlier they were called only on big or special occasions like weddings or annual gatherings, but now, any event is incomplete without them.”
The need for sharing one’s life on social media is so in vogue that people have started doing pre-wedding shoots. There are barely any couples today who don’t follow the pre-wedding photo shoot rituals.
Adding further, Aldric Alexander also highlighted how digital creators are constantly looking for photographers. He says, “Whether it’s a travel influencer, fashion model, or lifestyle content creator, all of them are looking for an excellent photographer who can help them click wonderful and influential pictures to post on social media platforms.”
But when and how did this demand rise? Answering this, Aldric says, “A huge credit for this rocketed demand for photographers goes to social media and its trends. As these are picture- and video-sharing platforms, people want to deliver quality to netizens and thus grow. Hence, the rise of Instagram influencers and the urge to share one’s life on social media brought a photographer and their skills to the limelight.”
