After graduating from Ferris State University with a degree in Automotive Management, he returned to his kitchen and bathroom remodelling job. Frank Lacaria, 24, is from Livonia, Michigan. He began his own company after high school. His company cuts concrete.
Own Boss Supply Co. is a Wixom, MI-based apparel brand that helps people create their own businesses. They give away a vehicle, trailer, and piece of machinery every 6-8 weeks. T-shirts, hoodies, jackets, and accessories are sold. Customers are entered to win when they buy the goods. Own Boss Supply Co began in Frank Lacarias’ parents’ basement in November 2020. 2020 was a challenging year for many because of Covid-19. Chris and Frank’s intentions changed when Covid-19 damaged their business. Frank Lacaria intended to develop a life-changing enterprise. He hoped Trucks would influence lives. Frank called his friend Chris, who he’d met in the automotive community, and asked if he wanted to start a business together.
Chris worked two weeks for his company, and Frank paused his concrete business. They spent 18-hour days in Frank’s parents’ basement starting Own Boss Supply Co. They wanted to give someone more opportunities. Both guys are entrepreneurs, so they created a business to help others establish their own.
