The participants are provided with a beauty kit consisting of wax, thread, hair dryer, bleach, and hair colour among other beauty products. Along with it, the staff at Jasmine Beauty Care trains the girls to help them start their salon or work independently as a stylist.” So far, Richa’s team has trained more than 200 girls from the association.
