On July 25, Sushant Singh Rajput’s father filed an FIR in Patna against Rhea Chakraborty and five others, including three of her family members, for accusing her of transferring money from his account and also mentally harassing him.
Actress Rhea Chakraborty released a video today by saying she believes, “The truth shall prevail.I have immense faith in God and the judiciary. I believe that I will get justice,Even though a lot of horrible things are being said about me on the electronic media, I refrain from commenting on the advice of my lawyer as the matter is sub judice. Satyameva Jayate. The Truth shall prevail.” Rhea said in a video released by her lawyer.
Rhea Chakraborty who was dating Shushant Singh Rajput,who was found dead in his Mumbai appartment in June 14.
Sushant’s family lawyer Vikas Singh said that the late actor’s family was not satisfied with the way Mumbai Police were investigating his alleged suicide case, and therefore, got an FIR registered in Patna. Singh accused Rhea of having befriended Sushant in May, 2019 with a clear intent to use his good contacts for the advancement of her own career.
Sushant’s former girlfriend Ankita Lokhande has lent her support to the FIR filed by his father in Patna and said if the family has lodged it they must have proof.
