QNET Expert Shipra Neeraj on Her Company’s USP, “The Ideology and the Vision are Unique”
Shipra Neeraj is one of the renowned personalities in the QNET industry. Her journey to success has been a roller coaster ride, with big highs and lows. Shipra had an interesting professional arc from running her own boutique to working with a prominent Indian fashion label ‘Satya Paul’. But marriage changed her life, and she soon got introduced to the business world with QNET.
Curiosity and passion are two of Shipra’s strongest qualities. Her desire to grow and learn new things made her an expert in direct selling industry in no time. Hence today, Shipra Neeraj is one of the most trustworthy and successful entrepreneurs in the QNET business. In an interview below, Shipra talks about her journey, business and more.

What is your academic background/qualification?
I must say that I am average in academics. I am a Graduate and did my BCOM in 2003. I don’t have much of a college degree. In 2003, while preparing for my MBA, I got married and could not persuade my further studies. But yes, talking about the experiences, I have experience working in Infosys. I also have worked for Satya Paul, a prominent Indian fashion Label. I have the experience of owning my clothing store as Darpan. So basically, I own much practical business experience.
What inspired you to get into the QNET industry?
There are many reasons. First, I come from a small town where things were good for me. I would not say, ‘Oh My God, I did not have money or good life’. I am thankful to my parents that they managed to give me a fantastic life. Saying this, they also make sure that we’ve been quite aware of the value of money. My Parents always reminded me about the wise use of money and the challenges and sacrifices that must be made to earn it. So, I grew up being very careful about the money; careful means it sometimes comes along with compromises to be made and being clingy. This thought process continued till I got married, and even I started earning. The thought was to earn and save. But after I was introduced to QNET, I understood life beyond the typical middle-class thoughts like compromising the expenses if the income is less rather than the thought of increasing radius of income.
Now the thought of increasing income means earning a lot of money. Earning not only for myself or for affording my needs but also for the people around me, who genuinely did many things to be “THIS SHIPRA”. I need to earn for the people that means the world to me, where my life revolves. I want to give them so much that they never have to think of money.
Why is your USP?
When a question comes to a USP, talking about the company’s perspective, the USP is its products and services. People might not have a clear understanding and deep knowledge about the products that Qnet offers. They are uniquely designed and prepared high-end value products that have always been certified and approved to give high-end positive results. They are completely unique in nature. But more importantly, the ideology and the vision are even more unique. The concept that distinguishes it from other competitive parameters is the mission of earning together and growing together.
Any awards/recognition you have received so far?
I have been recognised as the diamond star, which is one of the highest earning rank in QNET. I also have been featured in a Book called “Erupt with Joy”. Talking about the recognition, it has been my immense pleasure to share the stage with Yuvraj Singh, a famous Indian cricketer, Nawazuddin Siddiqui- one of the self-made Bollywood star, and Arunima, the famous mountain climber.
