Exclusive Q&A Interview With Creative Entrepreneur Dhrumil Soni

Today we have an exclusive interview By TES Team.

INTRODUCTION

Q. Who are you?
A. Currently, I am the Founder and CEO of Pixatronix. With this, I’m also CEO of an online entertainment portal named Dhollywoodlife and Mediazza digital and PR agency. After years of experience, I have gained immense expertise in the field of Digital Marketing and Online Reputation Management. My journey started as a social media manager of politicians and now I’m also a much known Celebrity Media Manager. Till now, I had worked with many top known celebrities and this gave me much expertise in the field of Social Media.

Q. Aside from the obvious, what brings you here today?
A. I have always fond of doing different things from the normal one. I don’t like to study much and I don’t want to follow that 9 to 5 jobs and this takes me into this field, where I had created my own Kingdom with my own expertise!

Q. Can you expound on the quote, “underselling” yourself?
A. I don’t think about this kind of thing ever happen to me till now. From the very early age of 17, I had started working in this field. One contact has always lead to another. I had always been a smart and hard worker and my work has made a loud sound allover. In the end, all that matters is people should know and most importantly remember you for the work that you do.

PAST

Q.Where are you from and where did you grow up?
A. I am born in Vadodara and brought up in Godhra. I have completed my education too from Godhra.

Q. What exactly do you do for a career?
A. I always believe in the present. Setting a perfect goal and chasing it till the achievement of a career. The best way to predict the future is to create it and I always worked hard in the present to create my kind of perfect future. One must set their goals high and go ahead with that.

Q. When did you discover your desire to pursue these passions as career options?
A.  I always knew I wanted to do something, which one can not think off. After my school education, I’m not much interested in further graduation and that is the time when I realised myself and started my own venture.
My mom always used to say,’ Nothing is impossible when the sky is your limits.’ This thought has grown me more powerful.

Q. Can you describe the process of the pursuit of said passions?

A.  To get your goals achieved, one should follow

1. Write down your goal. Get your goal out of your imagination.
2: Set a deadline.
3:Work on your mindset.
4:Develop your skillset.
5:Take the first step.
6:Continue to completion.
7:Reward yourself.

Q. Can you tell us about the challenges you faced while building your vision?
A. While doing any kind of work, one has to face challenges. At the initial stage of my career, I don’t have enough contacts and much popularity, this caused many disappoint to me. But while facing this all constantly, Today I had my own name with an expertise tag!

Q. Can you tell us more about your company?

A. Talking about Pixatronix, It is a company, which basically handles social media handles of politicians, not only this it also helps in event organization. Pixatronix is working with Gujarat Government in a well-known event from last 4 years called ‘PanchMahotsav’. dhollywoodlife is an online entertainment website, which is constantly sharing details about lifestyles of Gujarati Celebrities, movie reviews and many more.

Q. What is your greatest success thus far?
A. Having my name on the board is my greatest success. After working for 4-5 years, when my hard work and time pays off all of that by giving me a big name in the field of social media is obviously my greatest success. I always dreamt of being first in the field which I love and today it is all mine!

Q. What would you consider to be the most rewarding part of your job right now?
A. When someone, identifies me without any introduction, would be the most rewarding part of my work. Working with big Celebrities and politicians is also a great part of my work. I feel like the work which makes you happy, would be the rewarding part!

Q. Do you believe anyone is capable of accomplishing the same things that you have accomplished?
A. I believe that if one has the spirit to work for their own dreams and goals, then no one has the power to stop them by doing so. When I started this work, I just thought about what I really wanted to have and this all happened on their own. So the main thing to make something possible is to believe in yourself.

Q. What advice would you give to a young entrepreneur such as yourself?
A. I would say just focus on your goals, work with the best strategies, take the risk at every part with a deep spirit of winning and at last surely you will succeed! Put your goal at first place and work accordingly. By doing so, no one can stop you.

FUTURE

Q. Where do you see yourself and your company in the next five years?
A. As a person, I wanted to grow each and every day a bit more from the former once. I want myself to be the perfect part of every work. Talking about the company, I always dreamt of making my company the most known venture among all. I wish in the next five years, my company would make big success and get his name in the top companies.

Q. Who or what has been the driving force to become who you are and accomplish what you have done?
A. I feel like my first motivation is my family. They never let me down in any situation and this is the only reason for my success. I believe that any person who is working or trying his best to achieve something, then that kind of personality is my motivation. I met my people, and each of them had taught me many things.

Q. Is there anything else you want your audience to know about yourself or your business?
A. I had said everything about myself, But I must say my different venture have their own positive impact on their work. My Digital agencies are the one-time solution to your all problems.
