Since then Vijay Mallya is in Britain only. Scotland Yard issued an extradition warrant against him on 18 April 2018 and since then he has been on bail. After which Indian agencies appealed to the UK court for Mallya’s extradition and after a long fight, the UK court on 14 May sealed Mallya’s extradition appeal to India. At the same time, all legal options for Mallya in Britain have been exhausted.
