According to users on Twitter, after downloading the latest update in Samsung Galaxy M31, their phone stopped running. The phone stopped at the installation process itself. Apart from this, some users have also complained about this on Samsung Community forums. Here the users have said that they are not able to even restore the factory to correct the phone. At the same time, some people have claimed that they have got rid of this problem by downloading the old firmware through a third-party source.
Talking about Samsung Galaxy A70, these users faced the same problem after updating Android-based One UI 2.0. These users had to face problems due to hardware mismatch. A report from SamMobile has been received. In some reports, it is also being said that the company can rollout an update for the Galaxy M31 and Galaxy A70 to overcome this problem.
