More news about the Russia-Turkey-NATO War – Syrian military apparently hit positions of Turkish armed forces within Idlib causing 33 deaths.
Today the Turkish government is asking NATO for its protection.
The spokesperson said that “we call upon NATO to begin talks as this is not an attack on Turkey alone it is an attack on the international community” and that a quick reaction is needed. This individual claimed that “these attacks were also aimed at NATO”.
Condemning these attacks was also the American State Department, claiming that it will continue to stand by “NATO’s Ally turkey.”

They also called for the Assad regime to stop its offensive immediately.
The American representative to NATO, Kay Bailey – Hutchinson told reporters that “everything is on the table.”
External sources are uncertain if NATO has the ability or the heart to support turkey in any positive way in a fight against Syrian military forces who are backed by Moscow’s air support.
Having said that, Ankara discovered a method to ensure European countries do not ignore this situation, most recently the Turkish government opened the border at Idlib so as to allow refugees from Syria to leave and dispersed throughout Europe.
The Russia-Turkey-NATO War Continues
Some sources claim that this particular act will magnify tensions.
