Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra posted an enthusiastic message on the event of Raksha Bandhan on Monday and said she has learned “love, persistence and tolerance” from her sibling and Congress pioneer Rahul Gandhi. Priyanka posted an image with Rahul and said she is glad to have a sibling-like him.
“I have learned love, truth and tolerance from my sibling while at the same time living respectively in each satisfaction and distress. I am glad to have such a sibling. Heartiest welcome to all the compatriots for the heavenly celebration #Rakshabandhan. #RakshaBandhan,” she tweeted.
Prior in the day, previous Congress boss Rahul Gandhi broadened Rakhi welcome on Twitter and posted an image of him embracing his sister Priyanka.
“Wishing each one a cheerful #RakshaBandhan,” Gandhi had tweeted.
