Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega actress Kanika Mann shares her experience of getting back to work after months of staying in lockdown in her hometown Panipat.
It has been months that we have not witnessed the fresh episodes of TV shows since they were abruptly ended when the lockdown was implemented. It has been months now, and lockdown rules have started fading. Amidst all that, these filmmakers and TV show producers have decided to resume shooting.
Kanika who was quarantined in Panipat and has recently moved to Mumbai with her mother to resume the shooting for her popular show, Guddan Tumse Na Ho payega.
Coming to Mumbai…
In an exclusive interview with India Today TV, she revealed the issues she faced when she returned from Panipat and brought her mom with herself. She mentioned that people from her building were not allowing her mother to live with her as the apartment was not rented on her name. She had to explain the entire situation to the people to her her mother stay with her.
“I was at my home in Panipat, which was a safe zone but in Mumbai, the rules have become strict due to the increasing number of coronavirus cases. At first, they did not let my mother enter and said only the person whose name is mentioned in the rent agreement can stay in the flat. I told them how I can just send back my mother and explained that we have gone through thermal screening at the airport and have also filled our health declaration form and would abide by the 15-day home quarantine. After a lot of effort, the society people agreed and allowed my mother to enter,” she explained.
About the show
Kanika briefly talked about the show and shared that the show will leap soon. Currently, they are shooting for the ongoing track and the entire Jindal family who is stuck in the lockdown.
She also mentions that her post leap character will be slightly different, nothing has been finalized yet but soon it will be finalized.
