Famous personalities like Kim kardashian, kanye West, Barack Obama,Bill gates, Elon Musk ,Jeff Bezos and other billionaires Twitter account were hacked on Wednesday in the biggest Bitcoin Scam. Fake tweets were tweeted from thier account which offered $2000for every $1000 sent to a Bitcoin address from Bill Gates and Elon Musk’s twitter account.The creator nearly earned $120000 in a bitcoin scam.
Twitter took the drastic step of blocking new tweets from every verified user, compromised or no, as well as locking all compromise account. Twitter says “it won’t restore access to their own until we are certain we can do so securely”. The company is still working to restore access to locked account, although they have confirmed that no password or information was stolen by the hackers in control of the accounts which was affected. Twitter says that around 130 accounts were targetted with the attackers managing to take control of a”Small subset” of those. Late in the evening, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey wrote,”Tough days for us at twitter. We all feel terrible this happened. We’re diagnosing and will share everything we can when we have a more complete understanding of exactly what happened”.
