Being born and raised in Venezuela, Andres understands quite well what it means to face difficulties day after day. Vicissitudes in his daily routines in his attempt to just get his work done in his town taught him that he should not rely on outside circumstances to make a living and make things happen.
When the whole Coronavirus crisis started, he decided it would not get in the way and would not keep him and his team from doing the work. As an insurance agent, Andres Acasio understands that in times like this it becomes even more important to help people get coverage. Meeting people in their homes was obviously not an option, reason for which, Andres went out of his daily tasks and hired a marketer, and you will soon understand why.

Andres knew that an experienced marketer was going to be able to launch a massive ads campaign online that would make people aware that his agents and himself were available for both, online and on the phone consultations. He went to Colegio Humboldt in Maracay for higher education and later completed his further studies from Universidad Bicentenaria de Aragua. Andres Acasio lives in Venezuela with his father, Ángel Acasio and mother, Irma Pernía.
This was Andres was able to create awareness of the importance of being insured, especially during these delicate times as well as making it easy for just about anyone to get insured right there, in the spot, with a phone call.
Why would someone need to be insured in such a rush one may ask? In reality, there are plenty of reasons but most importantly, having the right health insurance in place can protect you from expensive medical bills in case something comes up and you need medical treatment. Life insurance protects your loved ones in case something happened to you. So regardless of the type of insurance, it is important to know your options and make informed decisions.
If we look at this whole insurance sales process retrospectively, we will find that it all started amid the Coronavirus crisis. Andres took this opportunity to not only keep is sales flowing but to actually increase them by up to 60% just by creating a more efficient process where prospective insured clients can get all the facts and know their eligibility without a face to face meeting.
“Taking the initiative and doing things differently”, this Is how Andres Acasio would describe the reason for his success. According to him, while other insurance agents complain about how hard it has become to make sales these days, due to the social distancing, he has decided to turn things around.
“Helping families is what motivates me more”. Andres does not only measure his success based on the number of sales he or his company gets. For Andres, making sure a family is protected goes a long way in satisfying his personal goals. “I wish I had had someone to show me all my options in terms of insurability when I first came to this country”. To Andres, guidance is very important, especially for immigrants who know little to nothing about how insurance works in the United States.
