Israeli powers have removed from areas of eastern Khan Younis following a 22-day military activity, resulting in obliteration afterward. The Palestinian Civil Defence has so far located at least nine bodies in the area. Israel’s army says it killed Hamas commander Wissam Hazem in Jenin as its massive raid on the occupied West Bank continues for a third day.
According to the World Health Organization, Israel has agreed to limited “humanitarian pauses” in order to permit essential polio vaccinations in Gaza. The organization also stated that over 1.2 million vaccines have already been distributed to the Strip and that another 400,000 are on their way.
“We must never allow the same humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza to happen in the West Bank, which will turn the West Bank into another hell on earth,” China says at the UN Security Council meeting. In Israel’s war on Gaza, at least 40,602 people have died and 93,855 have been wounded. On October 7, the Hamas-led attacks in Israel killed an estimated 1,139 people.
