Greek-yogurt creator Chobani said on Friday it had purchased prepared to-drink espresso producer La Colombe for $900 million to extend its refreshment business.
Chobani said it purchased the Philadelphia-based organization through a mix of recently given $550 million term credit, cash close by and in return of Keurig Dr Pepper’s (KDP.O) minority value stake in the espresso brewer.
Last year, Chobani pulled out its arrangements for a first sale of stock in the US in the wake of having postponed its posting plans before. The organization has been growing its item classes by adding items like espresso flavors.
La Colombe will keep on working as an autonomous brand, the organizations said.
