Singer Sona Mohapatra has revealed that she was pursued for Bigg Boss 13 but she said,“don’t need to get into a TV-tamasha.”
Onir wrote on twitter,“BIG NEWS . I woke up to read that I AM one of the contestants of #bigboss14 and I have NO CLUE.” To which Sona replied to him, “Congrats Onir for being ‘falsely nominated’! Last year,I was pursued by various teams to join #BigBoss with big money & big promises, one,being marketed as the ‘nemesis’ of their ‘boss’ but I don’t need to get into a TV-tamasha to be so?. (P.S to Kangana for refusing Sultan).”
In an interview with Republic Tv, Kangana said that she did not want to work with khans after delivering a blockbuster in a Tanu weds Manu return On her own.
For the uninitiated, Sultan had been in news more for its leading lady rather than Salman Khan. Earlier it was rumoured that Deepika Padukone turned down the offer citing date issues. Then it was reportedly Kangana who rejected the movie, as ‘Sultan’s dates were clashing with Vishal Bharadwaj’s ‘Rangoon’ and she chose the latter.
In 2016, Anushka Sharma eventually starred alongside Salman Khan. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film revolves around a wrestler who comes from a self-imposed retirement to win back the love of his life. The movie became one of the biggest blockbusters of that year.
Recently,Adhyayan Suman was also reported to have been approached for Bigg Boss 14. Adhyayan had clarified soon after that he would never take part in such a show. “Even if it was the end of the world I Would never go there don’t worry ! That’s not my career goal,” he had written on Twitter in reaction to a fan’s tweet.
