SWI Capital Holding Ltd has completed its initial public offering on Euronext Amsterdam, with shares trading under the ticker symbol “SWICH.” The IPO introduces a listed holding company above SWI Group, marking the transition of Max-Hervé George’s investment platform into a regulated European public markets structure.
For Max-Hervé George, founder and CEO of SWI Group and CEO of SWI Capital Holding, the IPO represents the culmination of a multi-year consolidation of operating platforms under a single parent entity. The public listing formalises the governance, reporting and capital allocation framework at the holding level, aligning SWI Group with institutional market standards.
As of 31 December 2025, SWI Capital Holding reported a pro forma balance sheet of approximately €3.2 billion, while SWI Group manages around €11 billion in assets across 26 offices in 18 countries. The scale of SWI Group’s operations prior to the IPO underscores the structural nature of the transaction, positioning SWI Capital Holding as the permanent capital base for the Group’s diversified investment activities.
Under the leadership of Max-Hervé George, SWI Group has developed into a multi-asset investment conglomerate spanning digital infrastructure, real estate, financial services and alternative sectors including sports and entertainment. The IPO of SWI Capital Holding consolidates these verticals under a publicly traded parent, enabling a more centralised approach to capital strategy while maintaining decentralised operational execution.
Max-Hervé George said the IPO provides “a clear and scalable framework to support our next phase of growth,” emphasising the importance of a listed structure in supporting long-term expansion across jurisdictions.
SWI Group’s real estate platform is anchored by Stoneweg, led by Jaume Sabater, managing more than 300 assets. In digital infrastructure, AiOnX drives the Group’s data centre investments, while Icona Capital provides exposure to financial institutions and alternative credit strategies. These platforms now operate under SWI Capital Holding as the listed parent following the IPO.
With SWI Capital Holding trading on Euronext Amsterdam, Max-Hervé George positions SWI Group within a European public markets framework as it advances its cross-border investment strategy.
