“Mr. Trump: Never threaten Iran with military confrontation,” warns the commander-in-chief of the Islamic Revolution Guardian Corps (IRGC).
In a speech Sunday in the march to mark the National Day to Combat Arrogance ‘in Tehran, Iran ‘s capital, Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari said that the Persian nation is not afraid of military threats from the current American Administration, chaired by Donald Trump.

The Persian military leader has pointed out that on November 4th, which recalls the takeover of the US embassy in Tehran in 1979, by a group of Iranian university students, it is a symbol of the “end of US global domination” .
General Yafari has said that the “power of the United States is in decline ” and has stressed that the United States has failed in all the battles it waged against the Islamic Republic in the last 40 years.
In the Middle East, he added, “USA did not achieve its political goals with the creation of the terrorist group ISIL”.
General Yafari recalled that “Washington also failed in its attempts to destabilize Iran” and other of its anti-Iranian plans, for which it has now resorted to “economic warfare to overthrow the Islamic Republic’s system.”
However, the Persian military chief has warned the US Administration not to commit “madness” by trying to provoke a change of the system in Iran.
On Monday, Washington plans to reimpose the second round of sanctions against Iran’s hydrocarbons and banking sector.
The first round of sanctions affecting precious metals trade and the automotive industry in Tehran that was applied last August.
The Iranian government on Saturday condemned the re-imposition of US embargoes and said that, despite “pressure and hostilities” have caused suffering to innocent people, “Washington has failed to prevent the Iranian people from following the path of independence and resistance”.
