Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi has finally rolled out the latest Android 10 update for its Android One platform smartphone Mi A3. The update was rolled out last month as well, however, the company rolled back its latest update soon after the problems faced by the users in installation. Although the Android 10 update for this smartphone was supposed to roll out in February 2020, but due to Coronavirus in China, there were problems in testing new updates. After which the company rolled out the update in March. But, after the problems faced by the users, it was withdrawn.
This update has been rolled out as Software version 11.0.7.0.QFQMIXM and is 1.3 GB in size. Users can download this update by going to the Settings option on their smartphone. Before downloading this OTA (over the top) update, you backup your smartphone data. Also, it would be better if you download the update only by connecting the smartphone via WiFi.
After getting the Android 10 update, many changes can be seen in the performance and gestures of the smartphone. These include features like system wide dark mode feature, navigation gestures, privacy feature improvements, improved digital wellbeing.
Talking about the features of Mi A3 launched last year, it has been launched with a 48MP triple rear camera setup. This smartphone also has a 32MP camera for selfie. The phone comes with a 6.08-inch Super AMOLED display. In-display fingerprint sensor has been used for security. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 chipset processor has been used in the phone. To give power to the phone, it has a battery of 4,030mAh.
