Poisonous drugs with NO Liability for Pharma

We have this from the World Health Organization (WHO): “There is no medication to prevent or deal with coronavirus illness (COVID-19),” and NO Liability for Pharma.

Nonetheless, physicians around the globe, frequently with the approval of their governments, are dealing with corporations that have speculative or “off-label” antiviral drugs.

Here are some names of the medications: Chloroquine, Remdesivir, Ribavirin, favipiravir, lopinavir; ritonavir, hydroxychloroquine, Sofosbuvir, corticosteroids, oseltamivir, zanamivir.

They all have negative results.

From druganddevicelawblog.com, March 18th, 2020, “We Finally Have Something To Say About COVID-19“:

” On March 17th, 2020, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (” HHS”) released in the Federal Register a statement’ providing protection regarding corporate liability, lawsuits for those taking part in ‘activities connected to medical countermeasures versus COVID-19.’ This statement is now released at 85 Fed. Reg. 15198 (HHS March 17th, 2020).”

” HHS said that ‘any claim of loss brought on by, developing of, connecting to, or arising from the manufacture, circulation, administration, or use of medical countermeasures’ … This extends not just to COVID-19-fighting drugs, but to ‘items or innovations planned to boost the usage or impact of drugs, biological items like [vaccine], or anything used in the pandemic’ … The only exception is for ‘wilful misbehavior’.”

There is now absolutely  NO Liability for Pharma

Are you getting the picture? No, OK then let us say that: A client is provided an antiviral drug and passes away?

  • No claim can be submitted, against the manufacturer or hospital.
  • Anybody related to the drug, from the maker to recommending physician, is exempt from ANY liability.

Let’s take one example of a drug, Chloroquine.

It’s authorized for the treatment of malaria, and now some physicians are actually using it on their COVID clients.

WebMD.com, shows the “adverse effects”:

* “Blurred vision, queasiness, throwing up, stomach cramps, headache, and diarrhea might happen. If any of these results continue, inform your medical professional or pharmacist immediately.”

* “Remember that your medical professional recommended this medication, she or he has evaluated that the advantage to you is greater than the threat of negative effects. Lots of people utilizing this medication do not have major adverse effects.”.

* “Tell your medical professional immediately if you have any severe negative effects, consisting of whitening of hair color, loss of hair, mood swings (such as confusion, personality changes, uncommon thoughts or behavior or possibly anxiety), hearing modifications (such as ringing in the ears, hearing loss), darkening of skin or tissue inside the mouth, skin problem (such as dermatitis, psoriasis), any indications of severe infection (such as fever, chills, aching throat), exhaustion, swelling of legs and ankles, shortness of breath, pale lips/nails/skin, indications of liver illness (such as extreme stomach or abdominal discomfort, yellowing of the eyes/skin, darker urine), simple bruising/bleeding, muscle weak point, unwanted or perhaps uncontrolled motions/movements (tongue and face twitching).”

* “This medication might also trigger low blood sugar level (hypoglycemia). Inform your physician immediately if you see signs of low blood glucose or unexpected sweating, shaking, cravings, blurred vision, lightheaded, or tingling hands/feet.

If you have diabetes, make sure to examine/check your blood glucose routinely. Your physician might need to change your diabetes medication.”

* “Get medical aid/help immediately if you have any negative effects, being lightheaded, fainting, fast/slow or irregular heartbeat, seizures.”

* “This medication might trigger severe eye/vision issues. The danger for these adverse effects is increased with long-lasting use of this medication (over weeks to years) by taking this medication in high dosages.

Get medical aid immediately if you have any signs of eye issues, consisting of serious vision modifications (such as light flashes/streaks, trouble reading, total loss of sight).”

* “An extremely allergy to this drug is unusual. Nevertheless, get medical assistance immediately if you discover any signs of any severe allergy, consisting of rash, itching/swelling (particularly of the face/tongue/throat), extremely lightheaded, difficulty breathing.”

* “This is not a total list of possible adverse effects. If you discover other results not noted above, call your physician or pharmacist.”

No liability. No Lawsuits suits. No problem.

Except for the client/patient, who are screwed, since there is absolutely  NO Liability for Pharma…
