Turkey-Syria seismic tremor: Flights continue from calamity hit Hatay Air terminal

Turkey’s public banner transporter Turkish Carriers has continued departures from Hatay Air terminal in the country’s tremor hit southern district.

“Our departures from Hatay Air terminal have continued,” Yahya Ustun, Turkish Carriers’ senior VP for media relations, said on Twitter.

Flights made between Feb. 13-19 will require early booking to work with the clearing system, Ustun added.

Travelers without reservations will likewise be acknowledged on account of empty seats, he noted.

Hatay Air terminal, whose runway was harmed due to the quakes that struck the locale last Monday, had been shut to flights.
