More than a month after the news of being infected with Coronavirus, Bollywood singer Kanika Kapoor on Sunday broke silence on the allegations levelled against her in the case. Recently Kanika Kapoor was accused of being negligent and hiding the truth about Coronavirus. But now Kanika said that much false information had spread about her travel history. Now Kanika, while speaking on Instagram, has dismissed the allegations on herself.
The singer said in her statement that she is aware of the “many stories” that have surfaced about her detection of infection, but that “trolling a person with negative comments does not change the truth.” It seems that some of these stories were reinforced because of my still being silent. I was not quiet because I am wrong. I am fully aware that some misunderstandings have happened in my case, and incorrect information has spread. I was giving time so that the truth came out and people realized it. ”
Kanika further said that some facts in her case she wants to clarify that none of the people she came in contact within UK, Mumbai or Lucknow showed any signs of infection. Still, in her investigation, No virus confirmed.
She said, “I came to Mumbai from Britain on March 10, and I got a full check at the international airport. Until that day, no consultation had been issued about whether I needed to do a self-quarantine. (Britain’s travel advisory had released on March 18.) I had no symptoms of the disease, so I did not put myself in isolation. “The singer said she went to Lucknow to meet her family on March 11 and claimed That “there was no system of inquiry for domestic flights”.
Kanika also said that on 14 and 15 March, she had lunch and dinner with a friend. He clearly stated, “I had not organized any party, and I was very healthy”. She said that symptoms of the disease started showing on 17 and 18 March and he got him examined on March 19.
Kanika said, “On March 20, when I had told about getting infected, I decided to go to the hospital. I was discharged from the hospital three times after confirmation of no infection, and after that, I was at home for 21 days. “I especially thank those doctors and nurses. I want to do who took full care of me in an emotionally challenging time. ”
