Mexico Faces The National Regeneration Movement

Mexico – The National Regeneration Movement (Morena) has a presidency and the Congress in its power.

In Mexico a party dominates the political scene, the National Regeneration Movement (Brunette) has a majority in Congress, the other parties were left with small benches, but they will seek to influence and not be intimidated by the morenista wave in the Upper House.

The opposition legislators say that the majority party will have to convince and seek consensus for the benefit of the population.

Morena has 70 seats, enough to pass all kinds of initiatives, however, reforms to the Magna Carta will not go unopposed, strong arguments and consensus.

Those who did not vote for the party of Andrés Manuel López Obrador, will see that there is an opportunity for constitutional changes to have opposition parties.

The parliamentary opposition ensures that it will maintain the fight to defend the general interests and against the partisan objectives of the new majority.

But in the majority party in the Legislative Branch, they say that the arguments of the opposition will be heard.

Mexico is living a new political reality, soon there will be a president and a Congress of the same party.

Opponents say that there is a risk of an imperial presidency, however, they say they will do everything possible to legislate for the benefit of all Mexicans.
