Global Problems That Need to be Solved

Every country has its own political and social issues to tackle at any given point in time. There is no country that doesn’t have any Global Problems at all.

It is how these countries react to the issue that makes them superpowers. Considering that since the USA is one of the superpowers in the world, it is free from political issues, you are mistaken! Here are some of the trending and current political issues in America that you should know about.

  1. Mounting student loans

While most of the world notices the wonderful colleges and the infrastructure that America has, what most of them don’t know is that the students studying here, and their parents (in some cases) are reeling under the impact of student loans.

The students keep working throughout their lives to pay off these loans. In almost all the states in America, student loans are creating more problems than mortgage loans. Not all students get a job immediately when they finish college; therefore they reel under the impact of mounting debts! This is a problem that none of the Governments has found a solution for, to date.

  1. Global Problems include Random Shootings

There is an inbuilt fear among parents when they send their kids to schools or colleges. They are not sure if their kids will come back safely because of the increased number of shooting accidents that have been happening across the USA. It is not only educational institutions that are targeted; even public places such as train stations and mall aren’t spared.

There is no hard and fast rule that regulates the ownership of guns in the USA, which is the root cause of this problem. This is a continuing problem that not many people are talking about in the political circle.

  1. Racial discrimination is another one of these Global Problems

Regardless of the lectures that political leaders give about equality, most of them still give partial treatment to people depending on their race.

When a black student and a white student complete their education, the white one is preferred by most of the companies at the time of employment, even though the black student has scored similar grades. Though there is not much of a hue and cry made about this discrimination, almost every single political bigwig discriminates people based on his race.

  1. There is nothing called free speech

As much as the political leaders of all parties encourage freedom of speech when they give out sermons in public, they don’t practice it in real life. If you voice your opinion against any idea of the Government, you will have to wage a lone battle.

To your utter dismay, you will find that the right to speech is only a decorative showpiece, which you should never use. Though nobody will warn you against this, here is a piece of advice if you want to live your life safely in the USA – if you like what is being said, accept it with all your heart.

If you don’t, ignoring it is the best way to deal with it.

Not everybody can become a Martin Luther King in America or the world of today.
